Han Feng said that upgrading the quality and efficiency of traditional economy is the direction of high-quality development of enterprises. After 53 years of development, Qilu Petrochemical has changed from a traditional pure refining enterprise to a modern enterprise with integrated and coordinated development of refining and chemical industry. In the future, by enhancing the chemical production capacity, the enterprise will gradually move the chemical products to the high-end, and constantly improve the added value, technical content and green level of products.
Han Feng: in terms of product oil, the national product oil quality upgrading is from national III standard to national VI standard, and the key indicator is sulfur content. How to solve the sulfur content in the product oil? That is, through the way of oil hydrogenation, the sulfur in the oil is used to generate hydrogen sulfide, and then hydrogen sulfide is made into elemental sulfur, which is resource-based and harmless. In China, in addition to the by-products of refining and chemical industry can produce hydrogen, electrolytic salt water can produce hydrogen, there is also an important way to produce hydrogen from coal.
Host: in terms of clean and efficient utilization of coal resources, what other problems need to be solved?
Han Feng: the 13th five year plan for the development of coal industry points out that coal is the basic energy and important raw material in China, and coal will be the main energy for a long time. China is vigorously promoting clean energy electric vehicles. Electric vehicles need to be charged. Where does electricity come from? It is mainly provided by coal. The energy composition of electric vehicles is also indirectly brought by coal.
Through technology, coal can be converted into chemical fuel. Many new technologies have been developed in China, such as coal to methanol, coal to olefin, coal to glycol, coal to natural gas and coal to hydrogen. After trial use, these technologies are green, safe, environmentally friendly and reliable, and many corresponding devices are in operation. In terms of coal to natural gas and coal to hydrogen, coal to natural gas can solve the energy contradiction of domestic poor oil, less gas and more coal.
Host: in the future, what kind of high-quality development path will Qilu Petrochemical take?
Han Feng: Qilu Petrochemical is positioned in four sentences: Based on Qilu, make Qilu superior; transfer kinetic energy, make Qilu strong; regional alliance, make Qilu bigger; joint venture and cooperation, develop Qilu.
Based on Qilu, make excellent Qilu. We should optimize the existing devices, strive to achieve safety and environmental protection standards, and constantly improve economic efficiency.
Change kinetic energy and strengthen Qilu. With the help of the government, the group company and the enterprise's own needs, new devices will be built in the process of kinetic energy conversion, old devices will be eliminated, and products will continue to move from low-end to high-end.
